CRISPY HERB AND GARLIC POTATO WEDGES

CRISPY HERB AND GARLIC POTATO WEDGES IS THE EASIEST AND THE QUICKEST DISH TO MAKE.

SERVES– 2

TOTAL TIME- 40 MINUTES

PREP TIME- 15 MINUTES

COOKING TIME- 30 MINUTES

 

INGREDIENTS- 

4 Medium Potatoes

4 TSP- Olive Oil

¼ TSP- Black Pepper Powder

1 TSP- Red Chilli Flakes

1 TSP- Garlic Powder (YOU CAN USE FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES)

1 TSP- Parsley

1 TEASPOON- Oregano

1 TEASPOON- Thyme

Salt To Taste

NOTE: THESE ARE EVEN BETTER WITH FRESH HERBS. IF YOU ARE USING FRESH HERBS KINDLY TRIPLE THE QUANTITY OF THE HERBS.

INSTRUCTIONS/ STEPS-

  • Pre- Heat oven to 150 degree celcius.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Wash potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut them into half lengthwise and cut the each half into five wedges.
  • Place the wedges in a bowl, add the olive oil and garlic and toss multiple times to evenly coat the wedges.
  • Arrange the potatoes in the baking tray.img_7948.jpg
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Turn the wedges to the other side with a spatula and continue baking till they turn lightly brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve hot crispy herb and garlic potato wedges with ketchup or mayonnaise.
